The only purpose of this column is to bring forth some of the complicated legal issues swirling around the citizenship cases so hopefully, all of us laymen and women can have a better understanding. Not to play favorites of one attorney over another because I respect Orly, Leo and Mario and am trying to do my part in helping when I can.

Earlier this year, I interviewed Mario and his client, Charles Kerchner. I greatly admire these men for their intelligence, convictions and dedication to the truth. Once again, it is standing and also the judge noted (page 10) any injury regarding a possible recall for military service in an extreme emergency is “neither actual nor eminent, but is rather impermissible conjectural.”

Yesterday morning on FAUX News Network, the morning stooges were gleefully talking about how our military could drop this big old “bunker buster” bomb on selected targets in Iran. We all know how well that has worked in the past. Well, what the heck, they’re just collateral damage.

Greta Van Susteren (FAUX) seems to be unable to find any new guests because she constantly has war monger, John Bolton, as her guest. Bolton’s sole purpose in life seems to be that we must “bomb Iran now.” Of course, that useful fool has a powerful ally named John McCain. Remember when Sen. McCain gave his famous, “Bomb, bomb, bomb, Iran” jingle? Yeah, real funny.

How easy it is to wave the flag for war when one hears this constant chant to “bomb Iran,” because if we don’t, Iran will obliterate Israel by dinner time.

Way back in 1991, I began to learn the truth about the privately owned Federal Reserve Banking system. My research led me to connect the dots between the disaster that struck America in 1913: The fraudulent ratification of the Sixteenth and Seventeenth Amendments and the Federal Reserve Act. In order to syphon off the wealth of America, it was necessary to create two entities to get the job done: The so-called income tax amendment and the unconstitutional central bank. Lest the states should decide to rear up their heads over all this, the Seventeenth Amendment was fraudulently declared ratified and the states lost their right of representation in Congress.

Contrary to popular belief and propaganda by the ignorant in the controlled media and special interest groups, the federal income tax does not apply to domestic Americans. However, that fact of the law as its written doesn’t seem to matter to judges, U.S. Attorneys and companies out there who thrive on “tax season.” Pay up or go to jail.

Tommy Cryer is an attorney in Shreveport, Louisiana. He defied the system. Not because he doesn’t want to “pay his fair share,” but because he knows what the IR Code says and decided to take a stand for the truth. Even at great expense to himself — like so many others over the decades.

Sen. Olympia Snowe is a liberal, progressive Democrat masquerading as a Republican. Snowe supports killing unborn babies, is pro sodomy, anti-Second Amendment, voted no on prohibiting minors crossing state lines for an abortion, voted yes on adding sexual deviants (”gays”) to the definition of hate crimes, supports the massive fraud called global warming and is for cap and trade. Snowe wouldn’t know what the U.S. Constitution said if James Madison stood in front of her and read it word for word.

That crone has been in spot light lately as being the possible ’swing’ vote to support the illegal health care “reform” bills now being massaged. Another Ponzi scheme that will further bankrupt this country and do NOTHING towards real health care coverage reform that should be undertaken by the states. On October 16, 2009, I watched the CEO of Blue Cross, Scott Serota, on Neil Cavuto (FAUX News Network) state that it was important to get young, healthy Americans “into the pool” to lower costs of health care. The same taxing scheme as social security - a program that is TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN THE HOLE. See: ‘Fiscal gap’ in the trillions. The numbers have grown.

What does any of this have to do with the Seventeenth Amendment that was not legally ratified?

On October 14, 2009, I watched Snowe explain in an interview on FAUX that HER constituents want this unconstitutional national health care. Shame on them.

In the brief age of Obama, we have had “truthers,” “birthers,” tea party activists and town-hall dissenters.

Comes now, the “Oath Keepers.” And who might they be?

Writes Alan Maimon in the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Oath Keepers, depending on where one stands, are “either strident defenders of liberty or dangerous peddlers of paranoia.”

Formed in March, they are ex-military and police who repledge themselves to defend the Constitution, even if it means disobeying orders. If the U.S. government ordered law enforcement agencies to violate Second Amendment rights by disarming the people, Oath Keepers will not obey.

“The whole point of Oath Keepers is to stop a dictatorship from ever happening here,” says founding father Stewart Rhodes, an ex-Army paratrooper and Yale-trained lawyer. “My focus is on the guys with the guns, because they can’t do it without them.

“We say if the American people decide it’s time for a revolution, we’ll fight with you.”

It seems Congress is about to approve a health-care “reform” bill without actually reading it or – even more unusually – without actually writing it. 

The idea, apparently, is to railroad through Congress a piece of non-existent legislation.

After all, who can object to a bill that hasn’t yet been written? When someone objects to provisions of the legislation, you can always say, “That’s not in the bill.” And, of course, you would be right. Nothing’s in the bill. The bill doesn’t exist. It will be written after approval.
